- 11 years old- TDaP
- 12 years old-meningococcal ACWY
- Human papilloma virus (HPV)
- Annual Flu, if in season

13+ Year Well-Child Visit
In this visit you can expect us to:

- Discussion of puberty changes
- Ask the parent or guardian to step out of the room briefly to speak with the patient on their own
- Physical examination
- Males- hernia check is included in this examination
- Screening
- PQH9- Depression screening
- Immunizations
- 16 years old- meningococcal ACWY
- Meningococcal serogroup B
- Annual Flu, if in season
